I had a meeting yesterday about some events going on in the world, but the biggest concern was the Crisis in Egypt.
I learned that there were trapped americans in hotels across the torn country. My dad is overseeing operations to get those people out which means he has to leave to Washington D.C again.

I would put a picture under my helmet & whenever i get stressed out or tired.
I take off my helmet & look at the picture. I’d stare at it.
It helps me get though the day knowing I’m doing this for you & everyone else.
